ABOUT US

AFGHAN CARE

AfghanCare is a registered non-profit charity organization. Our work focuses on providing humanitarian assistance to those most in need. Additionally, we want to raise the standards of learning conditions and the quality of education worldwide, particularly in Afghanistan. This includes schools located in both urban and rural areas.

Our goal is to provide aid that makes a lasting impact and empowers individuals as well as communities to become self-sufficient so that they no longer depend on others’ for support.

Our team of experts has been on the ground in areas of operation and we are ready to respond to the urgently required measures.

Faissal Wardak

As a child born to Afghan parents and raised in Germany, I’ve been fortunate to straddle the cultural intersections of two diverse worlds. This upbringing has not only shaped my identity but has also instilled within me a profound sense of responsibility to contribute on an international scale.

Access to quality education and unwavering support enabled me to pursue studies in management and pharmacy at esteemed universities, equipping me with invaluable skills and knowledge. However, amidst my personal journey, I couldn’t ignore the global disparities in education and healthcare.

Believing firmly in the transformative power of education and healthcare, I am compelled to extend my efforts beyond borders. Recognizing that these are not just fundamental rights but also essential drivers of progress, I am committed to leveraging my expertise to make a meaningful impact on a global scale.

My involvement with initiatives like AfghanCare is just the beginning. Through international collaborations and partnerships, I aim to create sustainable solutions that empower communities worldwide and improve lives. Every individual, regardless of their background or location, deserves access to the same opportunities and resources that have shaped my own journey.

Inspired by the resilience of people from diverse backgrounds, I am driven to build bridges across continents. Together, with a shared commitment to education, healthcare, and hope, we can pave the way for a brighter future—one where every individual has the chance to thrive and fulfill their potential, regardless of where they call home.

Sadiqullah Badshah Gul

My name is Sadiqullah Badshah Gul. Allow me to condense my life’s journey, yet delve a bit deeper into the emotions that shape it. I emerged into a world devoid of opportunities, yet fate steered me towards a land brimming with promise. The tale unfolds on December 15, 1994, when my father, driven by the pursuit of a better life for our family, had to part ways. I, a mere 11-month-old, became a spectator to the sacrifice that would unfold over the next six years. It wasn’t until six long years later that my father orchestrated a triumphant reunion, landing our family on the welcoming grounds of Frankfurt Airport. I vividly recall the mixture of joy and exhaustion on my father’s face – joy for the successful journey and exhaustion from the relentless efforts to secure our future. He was so fatigued that he could barely stand. The luck he forged for us paved the way for my seamless entry into the first grade, followed by high school and eventually, university. In the realm of mechanical engineering, a field that became my passion, a fundamental physical law caught my attention: ACTION = REACTION. It dictates that for every force exerted from one body to another, an equal force acts in the opposite direction. For me, this mirrored the trajectory of our lives – from my father’s painful departure to the triumphant moment we could pursue education. It felt akin to the propulsive force of a spaceship consuming 155 tons of kerosene for launch alone. But what is the reaction to such an immense action? Simply put, it’s gratitude. Gratitude for the opportunities bestowed by this new homeland and profound appreciation for my father, who toiled tirelessly for our sake. How is this gratitude defined? It’s embodied in the concept of the BRIDGE – a metaphorical structure that must span the gap from those with no prospects to a brighter future.

It’s our duty to extend a helping hand, building bridges of support for those in need and fostering global assistance with love and humanity.
